Cherry Chocolate Bread

         

 

This bread is made with our classic, original, sweet dough....we add cherries and Callebaut chocolate chunks.  

Callebaut chocolate chunks are regularly shaped bits of 100% chocolate.  Low in cocoa butter, they are ideal for bakery products such as bread,  and resist temperatures up to 200°C.   They are easy to divide evenly in the dough and don't melt during mixing or kneading. 

SO, the result is the most delicious Cherry Chocolate Bread you have ever tasted!!!
